WHY FONDANT CAKES?
Although sweeter, fondant finishing creates the best look for cakes. They are clean, neat and achieve colours very well. They sit best in an air-con room. Too hot of a weather will affect the cake though so be sure to keep under the shade.
Make sure to note that placing your fondant cakes in the chiller will make them 'sweat' and will cause them to appear shiny and glossy. We would normally recommend them to be placed in an air conditioned room to keep them matte.

For bigger tiers or other weight distributions, do contact us directly here. Make sure to have each about 2 inches apart each so they wont end up looking like a cone-pyramid. Also note that different cakes have different denseness so some may be shorter and some taller.
