FRESH CREAM CAKES
Fresh cream cakes is a light sponge cake, covered in whipped cream and decorated with fresh fruits. And it’s delicious. This type has always been Asian's to go cake for birthdays and special occasions because they are not rich, fruit-laden or overly spiced. If compared to rich cakes, these are low in calories and sugar.
You may opt for custard filled, mixed berries, mousses and more. Although, they are not able to hold very much additional decorations, they are the best choice for kids and adults to eat. Our other options include no sugar cakes, eggless and non-dairy ones.

Generally, mousse cakes are the best for additional decorations. But this too, should be at minimal.
We do not recommend stacking fresh cream cake as they might split in the middle. Especially with fruit filled ones.

Spongecake layer with whipped cream. Can be flavoured or filled with various fillings.
Spongecake layer with mousse filling of your choice. Contains egg yolks and gelatine. Most suitable for added decorations on top.
TRIPLE MILK CAKE
Cake soaked in three types the milk and has a creamy, pudding-like texture. This one should be eaten with whipped cream and no toppers or fondant decorations.
